Ocean Serenity is a bright and light, reverse duplex apartment set on the ground and first floor designed with the living space upstairs to showcase stunning sea views over the beach and bay. The wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass in the living area gives you the ‘oh wow’ moment and walk further onto the balcony and you can appreciate the superb sea views whilst getting a sensory experience of the rolling waves and fresh sea air. The balcony is the perfect spot for watching the summer evening sunsets and a great place for spotting rainbows.

The living area has been designed to create a modern, contemporary and comfortable home using warm colours and soft furnishings including a cosy three-seater sofa, two armchairs and a contemporary rocking chair to enjoy the view. A smart TV gives you access to catch up and streaming services available to use with your own accounts and there is also a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker with radio and wireless charging.

The balcony has a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee, a cheeky evening sundowner or meals outside. There is a basket of fleece blankets for you to use outside on cooler evenings. The well-appointed kitchen area has everything you need including a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee maker (we supply a box of compostable coffee pods for you to use). There is also a washing machine in a separate utility cupboard within the apartment.
There are two beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor with luxury high thread count Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels all provided for your stay (please bring your own beach towels). One bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. The second has a super kingsize bed which can be split into twin beds on request. There is also a family bathroom. This layout makes the property just as convenient for couples and families alike. A cot, highchair and stairgate can also be provided on request.

The property is equipped with USB charging ports in most wall sockets and a wireless charging dock in the living area. Parking for one car is available in the underground car park, plus additional parking in the outdoor visitors car park. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included.
